This is in relation to a crazy conspiracy theory called Chemtrails. Basically the governments of the entire world are using commercial and military jets to spray stuff that causes everything from cancer to infertility.
Well I finally found a well articulated article that explains exactly what the stuff is that looks like clouds (and essentially are clouds) coming out of the backend end on planes.
