    Wink

I do apologize for the crappy pictures. We have a mediocre setup that works for the tiny snakes involving a white pillowcase and a fishtank light... but even that relies on getting some sun through the window... without going out and buying a decently bright light to use and constructing a proper light box for the bigger snakes, I'm at the mercy of Washington's winter!

Here is what dam looks like:

Here are the pics I was able to wrestle out of the sire:

The stripe on that baby is unreal.

I don't think I've ever seen a fully striped albino before.

My guess is the influence is coming from the dad. He looks different than most albinos. He has a ton of speckles. It very well could be an incubation issue that killed the other eggs and caused that stripe though. Good luck on the project though and keep us posted.

There were only two other eggs and both are healthy, just haven't taken pictures of them yet because they look as they were expected to look

Though there isn't much info to be found, the closest I have been able to match dad is to a yellow headed albino... and he looks identical to a young male at a show a few months back that they had also labeled as a VPI yellow headed albino. Not really sure though, as there isn't much for info on it.

And finally, a photo of the 3 together and out of the eggs -

Will get proper pictures once they shed and are a little more settled =)

I just can't get over that stripe! I am sure he'll be staying with you.

I know it's early, but if you are like me, you are already toying with future projects with him. Any thoughts along those lines?

We actually got a graziani cinnamon het pied female from a close friend recently that should be ready to breed next season. We are trading the striped boy to him for his breeding size graz cinnamon het pied boy, which also gives us the opportunity to keep him close to home and breed him back to mom in the future. Highly unlikely that the stripe is anything other than freak occurrence, but worth playing with. We have another het albino x dad albino from this thread clutch expected in the future, so well see if anythiglng else neat shows up.
