    ......and yet the number of petitions continues to multiply. It's almost like nobody has read up on challenging amendments to the Lacey Act.

    You'd think that with so much importance riding on this issue, we'd figure out not to waste our time on futile gestures (read: petitions) - and focus on the upcoming Federal Lawsuit challenging the data that led to the constrictor (and potential future constrictor) amendments. After all, that's the ONLY way to overturn an amendment to this Federal Law.......
