Correct temps?

I read somewhere online that hatchling bps only require a warm side temp of ~88 degrees. My5 month old bp hasnt eaten in a month and i am keeping her at ~92 on the warm side. I dont know if the 92 degrees is too hot and thats why its not eating. Im trying to eliminate the different causes to determine whats going on. Temps are 92 warm side 78 cool side humidity 50-70%. I also considered that she could be brumating. Can anyone shed some light on the subject?

Warm side temps should be between 88-92 degrees, so your 92 degrees is fine, which means there is a different reason why she's not eating. A more detailed description of your set-up would help, including what type of enclosure and how large, also how you are reading temps. Also, what are you attempting to feed her?

Your temps sound perfect. Ball pythons do not brumate. Is your snake kept in a tank or tub? What kind of prey was the snake previously eating? Was it live or f/t? What is the current weight of the snake? How are you measuring the temps and humidity? Answering all of these questions will give us a better understanding as to why your snake may not be eating.

Two hides on opposite ends of a10 gal aquarium. Im reading the temps with a temp gun. She was alternating between live mice and rats with no problem. Ive tried mice, rats, i cant find a gerbil small enough. The ate her first 3 meals with no problem. She missed her 4th because she,was in shed but ate right after she came out of shed. She hasnt eated since. I havent weighed her yet.

I'd try a live hopper mouse. Do you feed out of the enclosure or in it? If you're trying a "feeding bin" don't do it, just feed her in the enclosure.

Ill give that a shot hopefully it works. Im considering taking her to a vet but the closes herp vet is a 1hr drive away

If your concerned about internal parasites then you should bring a fecal sample to a vet, however there are plenty more "tricks" to try before being concerned about no eating. Unless your herp vet is a decent person (sadly, not enough are) their first response will be to force feed it, which is unnecessary at this point...

Try feeding at night too.
