Need help finding an old post
A long time ago someone had a post that linked an autopsy report on a wild caught ball python. The report listed the stomach contants mostly consisting of birds.
Does anyone know where this thread is? I have been searching for 2 hours and can't find it. I know for a fact it is on this site somewhere...
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Yeah, I tried that.... haven't come across it yet. Maybe it isn't clear by the thread title.

I don't know about the old post you're looking for but I have many times fed small ball pythons chicks. Day old chicken chicks. I've fed older snakes chicks as well, but I did some experimenting in the long ago and had quite a few take them. There were a few who were stubborn feeders that wouldn't take mice or rats that did eat chicks. It was a very small number though. I probably tried it on 70 to 100 babies and if I recall correctly about 60% of them took the chicks. I do remember a couple stubborn starters that fired up on them, but it was a very small number.
I may not be very smart, but what if I am?

If'n I were a betting woman - I'd PM Skiploader or Wes - I bet the could direct your to the study in which you seek.
Edit: Hah! Wes snuck in right before me!

When you find it, please share. I'd be interested in reading it. Thanks!
