Then tub will be your option not a glass tank that loses heat faster than plastic does.
Cold rooms tanks dont do well unless a lot of effort and time go into it. Plastic tubs will help hold in the heat and humidity with simple UTH covering 50% of the bottom.

x2 Go with the tub...you'll go insane trying to heat a tank.

for me the heat wasnt that bad, it was the humidity that almost made me blow my face off lol, go with a tub, theyre so much easier, even if you cant heat your room

I also agree that a tub will be a lot easier to heat than a tank.

Ok, picked up a 15qt tub!

Just be sure you have your under tank heater plugged into a thermostat to regulate and control the temperature. You do not want to melt the plastic!
Tubs are great! Even if you only have one BP. If you get the kind with the good latches on the sides and the lid has the lip that goes down around the tub, your BP won't be able to escape.
It's much easier to control the heat and humidity in them. Plus our shy BPs prefer the opaque surfaces of the tubs to the shiny, reflective glass of a tank.
