Hot Cinny's x new blackback gene I'm working with

Sweet, I was just curious, I thought my line of black pastels threw black backs too, but after 3 years of producing them I believe that mine are blush backs.

I don't honestly think it's a true BB. It looks more like a velvet or blushback when I consider what the "normals" look like and the lightening habit this gene has. The BB pattern is too light and not wide enough. I'm still doing more breedings to dink around with it though.

I just want to use them to produce a super cinny. I think the light blushing of this gene would make an awesome looking super.

you NEED to get hypo mixed in there. i love hypo black backs and with what your gene already does would be phenomenal in a black back hypo cinny......no get going with it.

It seems others think the improvement on hypo would be a mindblower. Almost like pastel.

Yeah I'd bet on it being a blush back, I'm not sure it can be separated from the cinny/black pastel gene though?

This is a blush back black pastel het albino I produced this year, several have nice blush backs


This is the sire black pastel that throws some blush backs


The back tends to lighten as it ages, this is a female from the same line of black pastels, her back has lightened up considerably since she was a hatchling.
