Could be, that picture isn't nearly clear enough to give you a direct answer though. Would need clear pictures...and a belly picture would be helpful also. I think based on just that photo though, no matter what it was it looks pretty unique, I'd grab it up for $80. Maybe try and talk them down to $50? The head print and weird pattern is suspect

Not the best pics but looking at the head alone I'd pay $80 as a dinker even if it turned out not to be a pastel.

But I think it does look like one.
