There are a FEW big breeders who have somehow managed to get UPS to provide a waiver for them to ship snakes, but don't hold your breath over getting one of those yourself.

It's really no big deal anyhow. UPS used to be less expensive than Fed Ex, but if you do some comparisons, you will see that it's no longer the case. Particularly not when you compare UPS to SYR rates.
