You apply as a flea market vendor if I recall correctly. There should be a box for non brick and mortar or at home. Was over 5 years ago now for us. Once you get your id you should get a table at the Poughkeepsie NY show on 2/19/12 go to http://www.herpnerds.com to register for a table.
