    Like I said though, bagged shrimp has a lot of salt added, you have to get the kind they sell at the seafood section of higher end markets that is sitting out on the crushed Ice.

    Whole crabs and crayfish are a fave too, shells, claws and all.

    As long as you provide nice high temps, lots of humidity, savs can digest almost anything.
