PVC humidity issues..

We have Powerhouse PVC cages (48 x 24 x 12) for our boas. We have to spray it down every hour or the humidity drops to 30%.. does anyone have any tips to help keep the humidity up?? we're using flex watt to heat it.. mind you our room humidity is low. In my rack I don't have a problem at all.. Its just in the PVC cages :\

Odd.. have you tried the bigger water bowl? That worked for.Mr in glass cages. It's kinda off. Usually PVC holds humidit, but you said your room was also low. Have you tried a humidifier nwiee the room itself? That works for my room.
