Black Pastel or not?

I've arranged a warranty with the wholeseller if this girl proved out to be not a black pastel. Hope everything turned out well.

I've asked this girl to some local breeder too, and their answer are vary. Some say she's a black pastel, some say she's not.

This is pict when I recently got her (on around 300grams).


Can this pict give anymore clue?
