It's done, now for questions!
I have my incubator set up and I am wondering if I should use my thermostat on proportional mode or on/off? Also what should the humidity be in the egg box and what is the lowest and highest temp the eggs can be at?

1. proportional
2. as high as it can be without too much condensation dripping on the eggs
3 I incubate at 88 with a .2 degree variation, but I'd doubt that anybody really knows the real answer to your last question

1. X2
2. 99%. You can tilt the egg boxes VEEEERY slightly to one side to let any condensation buildup roll down the sides of the containers instead of dripping on the eggs. I use a shim made out of a little piece of cardboard.
3. I've heard anywhere from 88-89 degrees.

To prevent condensation dripping on the eggs you can lift one side of the egg box lid so it tilts slightly to create a run off.

Here is my incubator? Do you think that's enough water and is it ok that I have a strip of heat tape right under the egg boxes?

Could you put the water bottles on the bottom and still get the lid closed? It should fit more water bottles that way.

Keep your thermostat on proportional. For hummidity i try to keep condensation off my eggs since they could make them go bad, and no one wants that to happen. As for the temp. i keep mine between 87-89. but anywhere between 86-89 is good.
