Yeah, I know, but really, I couldn't tell by his post if he was being serious or not.

It's easy to misinterpret things over the internet.

So forgive me, Spooky, for not understanding that you were trying to help.
Thanks for taking the time to try to help.

They can get themselves into positions they can't get back out of, sure. I had one female practically skin her face by pushing up the side on a sterlite bin lid, and trying to crawl out of it. (Lesson learned--always clamp the long sides when keeping snakes in solitary bins, even if you think they couldn't possibly push it up).

I also caught an escaped milk snake who made his way into a mouse bin to eat, and then got stuck on his way back out, because of the bulge made by the mouse. ^_^

    XD Silly milk snake...

I caught a garter snake once who had a pop can lid opener stuck on his body. I carefully got it off of him, he bit me, and then I let him go. XD

Some thanks I got from him apparently. XD

The most interesting incident was actually a wild snake. I was driving down a side road near a new construction development with open fields nearby, when I noticed a snake writhing around on the road, wildly. I thought at first that it had been hit by a car, but stopped to investigate. Step 1 was to identify that it wasn't a rattler, so I checked the tail, and then my brain had a few moments of confusion, because I couldn't find the head.
Finally, what I was looking at registered--the snake had a soda can on its head. It was a bullsnake.

I picked the poor guy up, whereupon he hissed menacingly (and hollowly, lol). He was wedged in there so good, I had to take him to a vet clinic to have the can removed--they had to cut it off. Inside, they found a deceased young mouse.

He was a docile sweetheart once the can was off, and we took him to a park a couple of miles away to release him...no sense releasing him where we got him, as it was all becoming condominiums.
