    Honestly, I keep mine at about 88-90. After being a part of this community for almost a year now, I wouldn't go anywhere else for info. It's consistent and correct, you'll find numerous other "care sheets" online, unfortunately not all of them are correct

    Really? That high... hmmm. That's about where I was keeping things but my temps before seemed a bit low but then I was worried that it was too warm. I've been trying to stick to caresheets from breeders and redtailboa.com. Looking for what is the most common. Some seem to be literally copied word for word from here - http://www.redtailboas.com/f110/down...ion-3-a-31312/

    I guess this is where forums are useful

    When I say 88-90 I mean the hot spot, the ambient temp is much lower....

    My hot spot temps seem to be fine. Much like yours. Its the ambient that's giving me issues. It seems to want to creep up towards 85 or so. I don't want it to be too warm but also am tweaking things to be closer to the 80-82 mark. Its been difficult to find that happy median between 84 ish and 78 ish. Am I being too paranoid?
