    question with a rant.

Ok so I have always been told you can keep a BP and a Red Tail Boa together because the RTB carrys a bacteria that can be deadly to the BP. Is there any truth to this? I ask because when I went to the pet store in the mall to kill some time (I know dont expect much). The photo is what I found. When I asked why they housed em together her response was "well, I dunno, we've never had problems before"

Yes there is a lot of truth to that and they definitely should not be housed together. You have to love those people that justify doing stupid stuff by saying "well nothing has happened yet..."

    Idiots.

Have you ever seen a boas feeding response? That ball wouldn't stand a chance, I don't care how small the boa is right now

Boas can carry whatever it is that causes IBD (Inclusion Body Disease) but they can show no symptoms. IBD is not good for BP's...

I'm sure someone smarter than me will chime in and explain it better...
