Depending on the cleanliness of the enclosure, I wouldn't clean it until he has been in your place for about a week unless it's really in need of a cleaning. This way, he/she has all his 'normal' things right where he left them, with only a different view out of the front of the tank.
It's not a big deal either way, it's just something you could do that would possibly reduce the stress.
