Tecnu is AWESOME, but whenever I get it I mostly just cry.

JK. Everyone in my family has been getting it constantly, since we've been clearing poison oak and oak-covered brush at our property. Anything to dry it out, and my boyfriend's mom runs hers under insanely hot water and then blowdrys it. BUT, her hand swelled up rather intensely from doing that often, I believe it may have released too much histamine or something along those lines.

I personally slather it in teatree oil, and then helps me. :] If he had the cortizone shot, it should be cleared up in two to three days regardless, so he'll probably feel better soon.
