    You'll have to you tube it lol. It's basically a toy tied to a rope that's tied to a tree form a spring. They jump and grab it and tug pretty much. The spring provides tension and resistance for a workout pretty much. Man do they love it!!

    I'm way too scared to let my dogs jump that high with their springpole, mine's set up so their front feet are just slightly off the ground. Gotta dig it up and move it this summer because it's tilted over so far, the concrete busted in two (we don't have any trees big enough to hold one). Only one of my dogs likes it though, we have a flirtpole for the other two.
