Its really hard to tell with boas. They don't show blue like our BPs do - or rather its harder to SEE the "blue" with them. My Peaches is a baby too and she's been shedding every 6 weeks pretty regularly. Although when she shed end of October, it had been 10 weeks since her previous one. So it varies. If your baby isn't quite as bright, I'd almost bet he was actually in blue and will shed soon.
