    Re: My new lucy :)))

Nice pick up, lucy's are the coolest. My first encounter with a leucistic rat snake was about 5 years ago looking for escaped snakes and lizards behind a reptile wholesaler in my area and out of nowhere a solid white snake falls out of a tree 5 or so feet away from me. So I go check it out and realized it was some type of rat snake but the thing is I didn't know what leucism was at the time, so this was the most amazing snake I had ever caught. Later that day I looked it up on the net and found out what it was and sold it back to them for $100 lol. And that bitey attitude just goes with lucy texas rat's, the one I caught bit the heck out of me 3 or so times. Here's a picture to see it's temperament.
