FLEXWATT AGAIN, SORRY! Metal side up or down?

Sorry about the many questions, this is my first rack!

I am looking through the pics and videos of people's racks and it seems some people are taping the flexwatt down so that the side where the metallic AC stips are facing DOWN, and some do it with them facing up. Does it matter?
