question about feeding also, is it fine to feed her more than one mice during one feeding session?

It depends on size. If they are to big your over feeding which in itself isn't that bad for a baby, but can cause them to skip feedings so doesn't always work great. Feeding the correct amount of food at proper intervals is best to keep them on schedule.

I would recommend offering rats of appropriate size and feeding one every five days. They can eat more and some will eat twice that but a steady feeder is better than one that eats a lot then is off feed for three weeks.

exactly how can i ensure im offering the right rats??
as of now she is eating the mice from petco with no problem at all

You should try and switch her over to rat fuzzies now. I have a beautiful little girl that's only 6 months old and she's eating two rat fuzzies a week. soon I'll put her on rat Hoppers.
