Definitely need a bigger cage than that. As someone stated above, a temperature gradient is necessary so they can regulate their body temperature. I have my 25" ball in a 20G, and it is said that that's enough for them to live their entire lives in. I also have 6 locking clips on the screen (3 on each side) to make sure she doesn't escape, as she has attempted in the past. Once they get bigger, you pretty much have to sleep on top of the tank to keep them in, lol. But, for a 130g male, six locking clips and a 20G should be just fine.
