    No its not normal. His hide may be too big. The temps might not be correct. Humidity could be too low. He could have mites. Could be dehydrated. If ur husbandry and everything is correct u will almost never see a bp soaking, unless its a weird one
    A room full of empty racks and thermostats that have been unplugged.
