There's no way anyone can really say so-and-so is the best breeder out there. There are tons of great breeders. From big names to small timers. And don't fall for the "you need to buy from XXXXXXX cause their snakes are somehow magical and worth so much more than anyone else"...the only thing you're paying extra for is the name...
Lucifer Sam, Siam cat...

That cat's something I can't explain...

Re: best breeder out there to buy from?
There are several amazing breeders who produce top quality animals. It is truly hard to say whose the best. BP.net has fantastic reputable breeders who post all the time. Try checking out the For Sale/Trade/Adoption/Wanted Forum. http://kingsnake.com/ is also an awesome place to look for quality animals in the classifieds. If you are unsure about a breeder, you can checkout the BOI on Fauna to see feedback from others.
As for racks, Animal Plastics, RBI, Boaphile come off the top off my head.

There are tons of good breeders out there I think it just depends on what you are looking for. Some breeders have great lines of morphs that the have been working on for years.
Their are tons or DIY rack guides in the DIY section. It's cheaper to just build one than by one.

First figure out what morph you want, then select a breeder that has a good rep and fits your needs.
