What do you guys use to disinfect your tanks?

I have a 20 gal tank which I spot clean regularly and changed bedding a few times, but want to give the entire tank a good disinfecting. Any advice as to what works best? Is it really worth it to buy something like Chlorohexidine? Obviously a bleach solution will kill any germs, but its gotta be a giant pain to get it all out of the tank. Are any of those household cleaning wipes effective or safe?

I use Chlorox wipes sometimes, but I don't think they are ideal. Healthy Habitat works well too. There's also chlorohexadine. Also, if you want cheap, a bleach/water solution always kills things off and if rinsed off and dried correctly completely harmless to your pets

For any reptile I've ever had, I use the anti-bacterial wipes for babies. Just go to the baby aisle! Still kills any bacteria, but are super gentle. Always scent free too

Edit: These wipes are not meant to be used ON babies, per say, but on things around them, LOL... just wanted to make that one clear - it's not like I buy diaper wipes.

    Listerine!
Works great and my snake room smells like a doctors/dentists office.

Bleach/water (10% bleach for 90% water) is what Lgrey suggested to me when I was a newbie (still am) and I still use it to this day Its cheap and works great at disinfecting.

I plan on picking up some f10 in the future but probably not for a while.
