Is it possible that the snake was inured during shipping? Sucks that it went down like this, but something was wrong and they fixed it. What more would you want?

This is a kink, it is not a spinal injury. She still had full control of her tail and it wasn't just hanging there. There is no way this was caused by shipping.

I am not asking for more. I stated more than once as soon as I receive my refund I will consider the matter closed. I am letting people know about my experience. The kink can be written off as a one time mistake but not the mites. People need to know they are selling snake with mites and that's all I was doing.
