All of our animals are quarantined in a melamine rack system that we put together ourselves to keep costs to a minimum. We've got one sub-adult rack as well as a hatchling rack built, including several thermostats, heat tape, hide boxes, water bowls, etc., to keep the snakes happy and healthy. Once we're done putting together the rest of our material, we should have enough room to house roughly 100 snakes in all. We also feed them rats several times a week, and, seeing as how Constrictors Unlimited handles their business, we've never had a problem when it comes to meal time.

Sorry, you did not answer the quarantine question. Do animals that you intend to auction go into racks where there are any other snakes that are going up for auction? How long are your snakes isolated in quarantine from other snakes before being sold? You were asked a quarantine question and you responded with a husbandry care type answer.

Your terms and conditions state there are no warranties, no live delivery guarantees and no health guarantee and no genetics guarantee, is this correct? I've carefully read them and it says that live animals can not be returned.

To summarize, let me see if I understand this correctly:

• Zach comes on multiple forums and behaves badly.
  
• Once his identity has been discovered, you start posting for the company. He goes silent.
  
• Once his behaviors have been discussed, you (not him) apologize for his actions.
  
• You and Zach place a banner ad that says you sold snakes that you have not sold. You state that it isn't lying, it is marketing.
  
• There is no guarantee of live delivery.
  
• There is no guarantee of a healthy animal.
  
• There are no returns.
  
• You've intentionally chosen a business model that is known to be used by scammers.
  

Now, we're supposed to trust you? Pardon me if I'm still a little skeptical.

I have to say, penny bidding site aside, I am totally out raged by this!! It is completely irresponsible! You are NOT auctioning of IPADS! Theses are live animals!! Just to start, your idea of QT is totally pointless and is in no way the proper QT procedure. Is it just a gesture to make people feel better cause you "quarantine" your animals?

And WHAT is this??:

If you have the animal there and are selling said animal HOW can you not guarantee the animal bid on is the exact one being sent??!!

And that's just one example of why I believe your site is irresponsible and will just be a negative blemish on this already stressed hobby. I can just see PETA now.....
