I would be concerned about her ability to pass eggs, but I have zero experience with kinks. It sounds like Lori is willing to do anything to make it right for you, which beyond erasing your disappointment and trouble, is all she can do. It's your call as to whether you want to keep her, but the options she presented all sound very fair. Like you said before, it isn't so much whether you have issues, but how the seller chooses to resolve them.
