It's not sticky. You can buy that tape at homedepot.

yea dont get the heat pads at all. go with the flex watt cheaper and IMO better because you can wire the rack how you want.

You may find flexwatt at a professional heating supply this is what it is built for in floor radient heating and industreal applications. You do however need to solder it your self. If you are not able to do so or your insurance is VOID by doing so... (in Canada if you are or are planning on being a business this is the case) you should go with either heat cable or pre-made uths wiring flexwat isn't hard but failure to do so correctly can result in fire.
