I have been dealing with a snake with an RI since early October (she came to me with it) so this post is very similar to what I'm going through now! I had mine on a 30 day injectable Baytril routine and as of today (being off the Baytril for 5 days) her throat and mouth is looking beautiful and healthy and there's no sign of the RI still being there.

I would recommend checking inside your snakes mouth ~once a week to make sure his RI symptoms do not return. This is what I plan to do with my girl for probably a good month or more until I'm 100% certain the RI is kicked. The best way to kick an RI is to catch it quickly: even if the snake might have not kicked it already and is only appearing better.

I also plan to keep my hot spot/temps up higher as well to (hopefully) jump kick her feeding as mine did loose weight during treatment as well.

Good luck!
