to the OP, how old is your gtp? depending on its size you might consider sectioning off part of that enclosure until it is fully grown or adding more places to hide behind in order to reduce stress. regardless, very nice pick-up.

Unfortunately don't know age or locality (though from reading, my guess is sarong. - any ideas? He has a black long pointy tail). He's about 4-4.5ft long for size reference. My carpet was in this cage before, and I'm thinking I might switch them around. She's currently in a setup that's about half the size the one the gtp is in.. but she seems to use the space more than he does. He has eaten for us but other than eating well, I'm not sure what to look for for signs of GTP stress... I'm used to the bps who huff and puff when upset, and my carpet who doesn't know what stress is.

As for actual dimensions, it's probably around 4 feet tall by 30 inches wide and around 2 feet from front to back. It's an awkward shape, and was a pain to get up the stairs and through the door.
