how to tell a lesser from a mojave?

I think they look pretty different and are distinct morphs. However lessers and butters look similar and are easily mistaken for each other.

Between the two, I find that mojaves are darker brown with some graying at times. They also have the trademark mojo alien head pattern. Lessers tend to be a warm light brown and yellow color. That's just my opionion.
