Maybe I have it wrong but my clips are on top of the screen. The way you have it, it's possible for them to chew the line and you can't easily remove the valve. You will have to disconnect the valve from the water line which could be messy.
I have the same clips, but I do them in reverse of the pictures as well, so they clip to the outside, thus keeping the line from being exposed and allowing a really easy removal from above rather than having to reach around and up in the tub.

Better???
Thanks for all your guys help!!! after this one is done the next one should be pretty easy..... i hope
As to the gap on your tubs you need to snug them up. If a rat can get their teeth on the top lip of the tub they WILL chew out. When I build mine I basically turn the rack upside down and lay the tub on the hardware cloth and then attach the rails. It is tight to start with but with time they will loosen up.

I am fixing that gap tomorrow so I will do that thanks for the advice...
after that its just time to separate the breeding pairs and start making babies.... my tub layout will be the following
Tub 1= Grow out tub
Tub 2= Nursery
Tub 3= Nursery
Tub 4= Breeding tub 1.3
Tub 5= Breeding tub 1.2
Tub 6= Breeding tub 1.2
I want to thank all of you for your help through building this rack.
