BP Size
I just bought a kitchen scale to weigh my bp and I want to see if it is average weight or if I am doing something wrong. She is about 21 inches long and 4 inches around and the scale says 279g. She is about 6 or 7 months old. She is eating rat pups but they seem way too small, she swallows them down real fast, I got a few small adults that are about 4 inches around (just like her). I feed every 5-7 days.
Does this sound right or am I doing something wrong?

Sounds just fine to me.
What you can do is weigh the rodents your feeding her.
The rule of thumb is 15% of the snakes body weight should be the weight of the prey if fed every week.
10% for every 5 days.
Thats an easy way to tell if your feeding appropriate sized meals.

Rat pups are a bit small for a 279g ball. Weaned rats would be better. Looking at your pics she looks like she could use a little more groceries. She appears to be a little thin and is on the small side for a 6-7 month old female.
