As far as her age unless she has not been fed regularly she looks to be about 125-150 grams and maybe a sep-oct baby.

I like to feed mine every 5 days up to 500 grams and then 7-10 days till 1000-1500 and after that they will tell you. My biggest eats every 14 days and will typically refuse before that, my smallest around 500 grams will still eat a sm rat every 5 days but I try and hold off for 7.
