I have ordered from him before. It is my experience that it is hard to get ahold of them via email. You need to send multiple emails to get a response. My order took 2-3mths to actually recieve, which I wasn't to happy about, but the quality is there. I'm very happy with the rack, but would have liked better service. I haven't heard of anyone NOT recieving their ordered products, it just takes a good while. Hope everything works out for you!
