Clean up the tub after ball pythons locked?

My ball pythons were just locked up couple days ago, and i'm going to separate them to get a break. Do i need to clean up the tub and wash the snakes after i separate them? I used newspaper for the substrate.

Just clean the tub down and thats it. If the male or female is covered in white urates then you can wipe them down as well.
