Thoughts on tank setup?

Sorry to post yet another thread but I am trying to find everything I'll need to have good husbandry with a BP.

I don't have a scale but found one on walmart that is cheap. Made for food but will measure in grams or oz.

I am limited on money and I always heard Zoo Med and Zilla aren't to bad of products. Tell me what you think or tell me any suggestions. I will be using newspaper as a bedding and don't know about hides yet. Will probably go to a local pet store to buy 2 hides.
