Your pic is of a Green Tree Python.

They are in many ways similar to an Emerald Tree Boa.

As far as what I'd like goes, my list includes several from the Morelia genus (IJ carpet, GTP, maybe bredli, though bredli get a little large for my taste), Woma python, Stimson's python, and the beautiful Brazilian Rainbow Boa. My brother has a few BRBs, and having seen them in person and handled them, they are amazing, even as babies.

As far as what I'll ever end up getting, well, my GF loves our geckos, but is not terribly enthusiastic about snakes, so it'll probably just be the the Stimson's python, if anything. A guy can dream, right?

Mountain bikes are for slow people, and reptiles are far better pets than cats & dogs!
