laying upside down is very atypical for a snake. Some healthy snakes just do it but those are rare, few and far between. I'd keep an eye on her tbh...
edit: read your post that implied she was just "stuck" like that for a little bit. if that's not her normal behavior I wouldn't worry. my bumblebee falls and does all kinds of dumb crap.
