How many of y'all ride? on/off road

I have seen threads about mustangs, high-end cars, and maybe a couple others. But didnt see anything strictly motorcycle related. So if you ride, or have rode. What do/did you ride? and post up pictures... I know its getting to be that time where some of you have to pack the bikes away for winter. Here in Florida it just "Throw a jacket on time". all pictures new or old all good...

I'm pretty set in my ways... I will ride other peoples but if im buying a bike im only Suzuki when it comes to sport bikes, and Yamaha for offroad. Although I always said I'll buy a harley when I get old (Im 24 now) they seem to be growning on me. And im in the market here soon for a new toy...

I ride street and dirt. Or did. Sold my SV650 a couple of years ago when the place I was working for suddenly closed down. I've had a few dirt bikes...TTR125, KX125, YZ250F.....I prefer a 4-stroke over a 2 for my riding style. Funny thing is....I'm only 5'1" with a 26" inseam. I'm riding bikes that have seat heights of 32" (the SV) and 36" (the KX and YZ)....I don't believe in lowering a bike. I feel it messes with it's egrodynamics as I had my SV lowered for a little while until I was comfy on her and could tell a difference when I raised her back to stock height. Kinda funny seeing my mount the dirties with a milk crate or using the side of the bike trailer to mount.

I miss riding I'm still kicking myself for selling my SV....I will have another again!

I'd prefer a Triple...but I don't see that happening anytime soon lol

It's just a 250, but I love it I borrow my dad's DR every now and again, it's a lot of fun, but you need ear plugs to ride that thing on the highway! I have yet to ride his big bike though, it's a YZF 1000 and I tell him he's crazy for trying to get me on it.

use to ride both dirt and street and the only bike youll catch me on is a gixxer. ive road all the sport bikes and nothing caught my attention like the gixxer. sadly i was in a bad car accident and no longer can ride. this was my baby before i sold it

Well,
Glad to FINALLY see a thread covering my 2 passions: cycles & balls. Both started recently... cycles 3 yrs ago and went from '98 Suzuki 800 Intruder to a Honda '04 VTX1300 s/r to my current Honda ST1300. In 3 yrs...have ridden about 38,000....trying to make up for lost time. Got in to BPs just 14 months ago and have 10... looking forward to 1 clutch this coming season and then 2 in 2013 should be the start of something better.

I've also had sport bikes as well, my last one was an F4i, which I sold a 600rr to get cause I enjoyed riding the F4i more... kinda bass ackwards but oh well.

Heres some of mine... I dont take pictures so here the few that I have on photobucket. I do both dirt and road. Both VERY fun in different ways...

Here is the only road bike I bought new. wasnt stock long, My best 1/4 mile was a 10.4 at 134? on a 190 mich pilot power. And wasnt able to run again in jeans. It was always at stock lenth, I lowered it for my fiance but she got on and got right off.



I sold it a year and a half ago, got a call about 6 months back. The kid I sold it to traded it while still in my name. Then that guy wrecked it, broke ALOT (arm, leg, back, ect...) lucky to be alive. But This is how I saw it come around the corner. I was contacted by the father of the kid who wrecked it, since it was still in my name the tow yard wouldnt release it to them. Im pretty sure to this day its still in my name...

Wanted a bobber, Lasted about 2 months sitting in storage before I traded it off.

Othen then those, I messed around with a 02 gsxr600 telefonica, 05 R1, 05 gsxr1000. Now im looking for something... So the space is empty in the garage....
