Oh yeah, that is normal. Our male spider has similar markings. I'd take pics for ya to compare, but he is being a butthead right now. He only has two things on his mind. Pretty lady snakes and trying to bite me whenever I open his tub.
Are the chin markings more of a spider thing, or do other morphs have them as well? I mean it makes sense I haven't seen it except for on this snake in person.. since everybody takes photos of belly shots or top shots all coiled up. Chins aren't typicallly a priority for photos.
