    It's called Series Wiring (or is it Parallel...?). I always wire my flex this way. It allows for one plug to control the entire rack.

    As long as the Flex strips are the same size, one thermostat will be fine, as each section should basically provide the same electrical resistance and therefor the same heat.

    Keeping in mind that there are always variances in temp on any strip of flexwatt.
