Sounds like a rub mark. I would up your feeding for sure. A rat pink is a very small meal for a 151 gram ball python. Rat pinks are only a couple grams a piece. Your ball should be on rat pups (roughly 20g) every 5 days. That is probably why your ball keeps rubbing and trying to get out. He is hungry!
