Im saying that the humidity gets to dry when the fogger is off, and I cant leave the Fogger on 24/7 because then the cage would just be straight up wet. I try to keep it balanced above 50% as much as I can but I have a glass aquarium with a screen top so humidity escapes easily. Rest assured the substrate is quite moist and her hides hold some of it in.

I'm doing the pillow-case method right now.
I drenched a pillow-case and rag in warm water, put her and the rag inside the pillow case. Put the pillow case in a 5 gallon bucket, then put the bucket on top of a heat pad.
Anything else I should know

And just to ease my concern. Since her eyes cleared up 5 days ago is it okay that she hasnt began peeling yet?
Is she in any immediate danger?

Rest assured, I'm doing what I can
No worries. Im not concerned that your not taking care of her properly or anything like that. So I'm taking it that you didnt find any poop or shed in the tank? If the pillow case method gives no results after 45-60 min then I would just wait until she looks like she is in shed again. If your husbandry is good and she needs to get that shed off then she will. My girl shed yesterday for the second time in 2 weeks due to an old injury and I wasnt expecting it and she got a little shed burn on her side from shedding her skin at 60%. Your snake is not in immediate danger. She will shed when it needs to come off. But soaking her may have been a bad idea. Some people would disagree with that comment but it is my opinion. So after the pillow case, if it doesnt work, just let everything go back to normal. And when you see the signs of shed comming again then just do what you would usually do. And please let me know that you checked the cage for the shed and poop. Cause she shouldnt feel that smooth if she hasnt shed in 6 weeks.
