I know this is late, but this seems to be a bit of a slow forum unfortunately.

But I have to say, I absolutely love that arnery.

I've been looking into hognose snakes off an on, but each time I just want one of the axanthics (i just prefer that term for no reason), but I don't have the funds to drop on one. Maybe if I planned on breeding them down the line maybe, but I'll start breeding with my bp's, and other species are purely pets.

I couldn't say no when I saw him. I originally wanted a female, but Tom told he didn't hit on any this year but had a really nice male he was considering holding back. I saw him and had to take him. I got to see his dad and he was smokin as well. I was also excited to know that he was also the dad to my Dbl Het for ghost pair. Here are some updated post-shed pics.

Intense Anery you got there! I am an old friend of Toms, I picked up a female Anery that is off the chart along with a het Anery male. Also picked up an Anaconda female and a 100% het Albino Anaconda male from him. If you had the privilege of seeing his entire collection, it is a treat! I am dropping in on him tomorrow,..I just love visiting him!

Thanks! Tom showed me the anery's father and mine should end up just as nice. His collection is awesome. I was just down there a couple of weeks ago and picked up 3 more BPs. I want to grab an anaconda from him as well but that may have to wait until next season. Those het for ghost hogs set me back most of my budget for this season. I know Tom through his friend Paula if you've ever met her? She has done most of his tattoos.

WOW! The Anery & Albino looks gorgeous!! I have a normal Western Hognose. I'm tempted to get another Hognose now after seeing those pix.

Thanks for all the great feedback! These little guys are eating everything I throw at them. I can't wait to get them up to breeding size. Now of course I want to add some more to the collection. I feel incomplete without an anaconda girl.. Lol..
