Probe placement, thermostats, cages
I have three of my snakes in Neodesha cages in one of their racks. I was wondering if there was any sort of way to place a probe so I'd only need one thermostat or two. If there's not that's okay I'll buy three but I just wanted to ask, figured it wouldn't hurt.

I'm not familiar with those cages but you will need a thermostat for each individual heat source. I mean if you had multiple of the same heat source you could plug them all in to one but i don't trust them enough for that.

if they are all the same wattage of heat tape (or pad, watever) then you can just put one thermostat probe on one of the heat sources and plug them all into the thermostat and that will keep them all the same temp. Make sure the thermostat can handle the total wattage you are plugging into it.

I knew that was the case with tub racks but I figured that cages would be different.

Don't trust the UTHs or the thermostat?
